This video was taken by shooting the same screen weirdness I used for the Love Saves the Pixels video.

The difference between the two is that this video was shot with the camera a few inches from the screen, allowing the camera to focus, while in the previous video the camera lens was pushed right up onto the screen.

In preparing the video in Premiere, the previews on the screen were rendering in even choppier manifestations. The three images below are screenshots of one of the editing windows:
