iPhone Calendars 3.0I’ve slowly been picking through the updated iPhone 3.0 software, and one feature I’m liking is the inclusion of CalDAV calendars.

This allows one to finally configure a Google Calendar then add events right on the phone, bypassing the painful process of adding an item to the phone’s default calendar, getting home and syncing the phone to the desktop, dragging the item out of the desktop iCal app’s default calendar and into the configured Google Calendar, then syncing again. Phew!

Setting up the calendar was a bit confusing at first, but I found instructions on Robert Chien’s Blog.
